White and Black List:
Occasionally, the spam filter will catch email that you actually want to receive, or will not catch certain spam messages. To solve this problem, we have set up the server to allow our customers to setup "White" lists, which are email address that the spam filters believe is spam but that customers want to receive, and "Black" lists, which are emails that the spam filters did not catch but the customers do not want to receive. The following instructions will show you how to setup White and Black Lists:
Go to: http://spamfree.cctc.net:8000

Note: For now the only spot you can use a wildcard (*) in the white and black list settings is before the @ in the email address.
ExamplesYou can also adjust the Required Hits number under General Settings, the higher the number the less chance it will have of catching spam, the lower the number the greater the chance of it catching spam. Also, the lower the number the better chance it will have of catching some of your real emails.
